5-minute drive. Stunning views, excellent wine, and a refined but relaxed feel. Sunday brunch is especially worth the reservation, and a lunch café is available Thursday–Saturday from 12–3 (also reservation-only).

Our favorite Restaurant
Montaluce Winery & Restaurant
18-minute drive. Fancy. Great food, great wine, gorgeous views. Feels like a Tuscan village. They have two restaurants right next to each other. Montaluce Restaurant is high-end. Great place for a celebratory anniversary dinner. Trattoria Di Montaluce has a more sports bar-like feel inside, and it has large outdoor seating overlooking the vineyard. It serves yummy brick-oven pizzas.

Preacher’s Rock
20-minute drive. This viewpoint offers outstanding scenery and an enjoyable, easy hike. The trail is a 2.0-mile round trip with roughly 400 feet of elevation gain and takes about 30 minutes to reach the top. A great spot for a picnic with a view.
